Metrists, a trio from Columbus, Ohio initially formed with one goal in mind: to earn an "A" in rock band class. As students of the Arts College Preparatory Academy on the east side of Columbus, the three members signed up for the elective class without knowing each other or being much aware of each others' talents. One semester later the group was impressing fans instead of their teacher.
